Three Rounds
Round 1
Qualifying
All competing artists complete live tattooing sessions across three days. Judges score all five categories. Top scores advance to Semi-Finals.

Round 2
Semi-Finals
Top qualifying artists compete across two days of six-hour sessions. Client satisfaction scores are sealed until completion. Finalists advance to the Championship.

Championship
The finalists compete on Valentine's Eve in the championship round judged by the full panel. The Grand Champion is crowned at the 4 PM awards ceremony.
