Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tattoo Show Invitational website (tattooshowinvitational.com) or by registering for, attending, or participating in the Tattoo Show Invitational event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or participate in the event.

Artists: Competing artists must hold a valid tattoo license in their jurisdiction of practice, carry proof of bloodborne pathogen certification, and comply with all health and safety standards set by the Tattoo Show Invitational. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification without refund.

Clients: Clients who register to receive tattoos at the event must be 18 years of age or older, provide valid government-issued photo ID, and sign the event waiver prior to receiving any tattoo service. Clients under 18 will not be permitted to receive tattoos regardless of parental consent.

Vendors: Vendors must comply with all booth rules, local health codes, and event policies. Booth fees are subject to the refund policy outlined in the Vendor section of this site.

The Tattoo Show Invitational reserves the right to modify competition rules, scoring criteria, schedules, and formats at any time. Decisions made by the judging panel and event officials are final. Any attempt to influence, bribe, or coerce judges or officials will result in immediate disqualification and may result in a permanent ban from future events.

The auto-disqualification rule applies: any competitor whose Safety score falls below 15 out of 25 points is automatically disqualified from that round, regardless of total score.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and competition data — is the property of the Tattoo Show Invitational or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Competing artists retain full ownership of their tattoo artwork. By participating, artists grant the Tattoo Show Invitational a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph, record, and display their work in connection with the event for promotional and archival purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonate any person or entity, including event staff or judges
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the judge portal or any restricted area
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other participants, staff, or attendees
• Bring prohibited items onto the event floor, including weapons or illegal substances
• Reproduce or redistribute competition results, scores, or media without written permission

The Tattoo Show Invitational website and event are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of competition information, artist profiles, or scheduling data. Event details are subject to change without notice.

Tattooing is a permanent body modification. The Tattoo Show Invitational does not guarantee the outcome of any tattoo service received at the event. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their artist.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Tattoo Show Invitational and its organizers, officers, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, attendance at the event, or participation in the competition.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Curry County, Oregon.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or participation in the event after changes constitutes acceptance.
