Ticket FAQ
Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes, but quantities are limited. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee entry, especially for VIP tiers.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are transferable. Contact us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's name and email.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Exchanges for a different tier are available subject to availability.
Is there a children's admission?
Children under 12 enter free with a paying adult. Ages 13–17 require a General Admission ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
What's included in the VIP gift bag?
Exclusive event merch, artist prints, sponsor samples, and a commemorative VIP lanyard. Contents vary and are subject to change.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets are delivered digitally to your email. Show your QR code at the door — no printing required.
